Honey Moon - Grey Kenna
Little Rock, Arkansas, 2021
From the artist: “I made this photograph of the moon right as the sun set and dusk settled in. I wanted to create a photograph that captured the way that quiet moment of each night feels – strange, beautiful, transitional, almost otherworldly. I made this image during a time when my own life felt foreign to me because I was struggling to grapple with the abrupt transitions I was facing. Honey Moon is an ode to those liminal moments in our lives – to the quiet beauty we might find in them if we pause and look.”
