From the artist: “This image is a part of an ongoing project about the freedom of youth. I find it very important that people are able to empathize with each other, and one of the most successful ways of gaining empathy for someone is by shared experience. Everyone’s story looks exceedingly different, but I hope to find some common ground in the making of this project.”

14 x 9 1/2 inches, semi-gloss cotton rag paper. Matted at 3 inches with acrylic glazing. Hand-made framing recommended in Black Walnut (pictured).
Each print and frame is made by hand to order. Kindly anticipate a production time of 1-2 weeks for unsigned prints, 3-4 weeks for signed prints, and 4-6 weeks for framed prints.

Mason Pittenger (Seattle, 2002) is an artist based out of Seattle and Coos Bay, OR. Born in Seattle, his family moved to Coos Bay in 2004, where he spent his developmental years. He eventually decided to move back to Seattle and continued his education at Bellevue College and has been taking photography seriously since then.
